In 1970, Isaac won the Daytona 500. The victory was a major breakthrough for Isaac, and it helped to cement his status as one of the greatest drivers in NASCAR history.

Later Career and Legacy

Isaac continued to race throughout the 1970s. He won several more races, but he also had a number of crashes. In 1979, Isaac retired from NASCAR. He finished his career with 37 wins, including the Daytona 500 and the Southern 500.

Bobby Isaac was one of the most successful and influential drivers in NASCAR history. He helped to revolutionize the sport, and he inspired a generation of drivers. Isaac was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 1996.
